As the Manager at our Roosevelt location, you will play a critical role in the business. You will lead a team of talented massage therapists and customer service professionals and will ensure an ongoing amazing experience for our clients by managing the daily operations of the location, maintaining a clean and welcoming facility, and building strong positive relationships with all team members.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Support and maintain an inspired team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly so that team members succeed and grow.
• Run an excellent operation where details are taken care of - from ensuring supplies are on hand, the schedule is staffed, to maintaining clean and welcoming client and therapist areas.
• Reinforce a positive, engaged culture where employees feel valued, performance and teamwork is recognized, issues are resolved quickly, and everyone feels connected to the vision.
• Tend to the fiscal health of the business by understanding and managing the Profit & Loss for your clinic.
